•Selection of arbitrators, and support in relation to the appointment, challenge, and replacement of arbitrators in commercial arbitration cases.
•Case strategy development.
•Assisting in the draft and review of pleadings, submissions, witness statements, document production process, expert reports, and other written or oral advocacy in arbitration or cross-border disputes matters.
•Advising and managing procedural and substantive aspects of international and domestic arbitration cases, including issues related to applicable laws, institutional rules, and legal frameworks.
•Liaison and coordination with local counsel, experts, arbitral institutions, courts, and other stakeholders.
•Advice on interim measures, enforcement, annulment, or setting-aside proceedings.
•Post-award advice, including enforcement strategies, asset recovery, and related court proceedings.
•Negotiation, draft, and review of commercial contracts.
